During my 11 years as a trial court judge in Colorado, I launched both a drug court and DUI court, and saw first-hand the impact they make. After completing medical school at the University of Missouri – Kansas City and residency at the University of Kentucky, he has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. Out Patient Treatment (I.O.P.)
